Inclusive Lift is a community-driven initiative that empowers marginalized and vulnerable groups across Nigeria, especially women, youth, and persons with disabilities through skills training, grants, and capacity-building programs. The project creates inclusive pathways for economic independence, resilience, and active participation in community and market life, fostering a future where everyone can thrive.
Recent Activities
As part of its latest engagement, Inclusive Lift carried out an empowerment program in:
Orozo Community, FCT Abuja – where rural women and girls, including those with disabilities, were trained in vocational skills such as coconut oil and Vaseline production, popcorn making, and other small-scale enterprises to promote self-reliance and economic sustainability.
Practical Intervention
To complement the training, participants were supported with starter packs and follow-up mentoring. This ensured that the knowledge gained could be translated into real livelihood opportunities, equipping women and girls to generate income, support their families, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Key Contributions

Why It Matters
Inclusive Lift goes beyond training, it is about empowerment, dignity, and long-term resilience. By combining vocational skills development with practical support, the project is breaking down barriers that limit the economic potential of women, girls, and persons with disabilities.
With sustained support, Inclusive Lift will continue to expand its reach delivering skills training, grants, and capacity-building initiatives that transform lives and build a Nigeria where every individual, regardless of gender, age, or ability, has the opportunity to thrive.
